Protected Kuiper Battery materials include website copy, product descriptions, brand assets, diagrams, interface concepts, architecture descriptions, technical claims, commercial materials, research summaries, and any associated source assets controlled by Kuiper Technologies Pty Ltd.
Restrictions
No part of the Kuiper Battery materials may be copied, modified, distributed, mirrored, scraped, packaged, sold, sublicensed, used for model training, or used to develop, benchmark, market, manufacture, or commercialize a competing product without prior written permission.
Permitted Use
