Licensing Position
kuiperChain may be made available under written commercial agreements covering evaluation, integration, deployment, support, and enterprise use. Any access to source code, binaries, protocols, documentation, APIs, test environments, configuration files, security materials, or deployment packages must be governed by a signed agreement.
Intended Commercial Use
kuiperChain is designed for enterprises that need isolated, tamper-resistant infrastructure for proprietary operating systems, proprietary platforms, automation ecosystems, audit records, command authorization, and high-integrity data transitions.
Restricted Uses
Without written permission, no party may copy, fork, reverse engineer, decompile, benchmark for competitive purposes, resell, sublicense, host as a service, train models on, publish derivative implementations of, or integrate kuiperChain into third-party systems.
Confidential and Security-Sensitive Material
Technical specifications, cryptographic designs, deployment processes, sandbox controls, filesystem sentinels, rollback mechanisms, Zero-Knowledge proof workflows, and enterprise integration materials may be confidential or security-sensitive. Access may require identity verification, confidentiality obligations, security review, and deployment controls.
