Licensing Position

Kuiper Technologies systems may be made available under written commercial agreements covering evaluation, integration, deployment, support, manufacturing partnership review, and enterprise use. Any access to source code, binaries, protocols, documentation, APIs, test environments, configuration files, security materials, technical drawings, operating procedures, control software, manufacturing materials, or deployment packages must be governed by a signed agreement.

Intended Commercial Use

kuiperChain is designed for enterprises that need isolated, tamper-resistant infrastructure for proprietary operating systems, proprietary platforms, automation ecosystems, audit records, command authorization, and high-integrity data transitions. Kuiper OS, Kuiper Battery, rAsphere, Green Steel OS, Rig Genesis, and Project Genesis are presented for commercial review, partner review, licensing discussions, research collaboration, and controlled technical evaluation.

Restricted Uses

Without written permission, no party may copy, fork, reverse engineer, decompile, benchmark for competitive purposes, resell, sublicense, host as a service, train models on, publish derivative implementations of, manufacture from, or integrate Kuiper Technologies systems into third-party systems.

Confidential and Security-Sensitive Material

Technical specifications, cryptographic designs, deployment processes, sandbox controls, filesystem sentinels, rollback mechanisms, Zero-Knowledge proof workflows, industrial automation designs, energy system designs, reactor control concepts, manufacturing materials, and enterprise integration materials may be confidential or security-sensitive. Access may require identity verification, confidentiality obligations, security review, and deployment controls.
